Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe & Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Your Ultimate Uganda Adventure begins upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where your professional Invictus Safaris guide welcomes you before departing north towards the renowned Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

The drive introduces you to Uganda's vibrant landscapes, bustling roadside markets, and rural communities before arriving at the country's only wild rhino conservation area.

In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot. Accompanied by experienced rangers, walk through open grasslands and woodland habitats as you approach southern white rhinos in their natural environment. Watching these magnificent animals at close range is an unforgettable introduction to Uganda's conservation success story.

As evening approaches, settle into your lodge surrounded by the sounds of nature and enjoy a relaxed dinner under the African sky.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, continue north to Uganda's largest and most spectacular national park.

Upon arrival, visit the top of the mighty Murchison Falls where the River Nile squeezes through a narrow seven-meter gorge before plunging dramatically into the gorge below. Feel the power of Africa's longest river as the mist rises around you.

Later, proceed to your safari lodge overlooking the Nile River. Spend the afternoon relaxing while enjoying panoramic views and watching wildlife gather along the riverbanks.

As sunset paints the landscape gold, enjoy dinner surrounded by the sounds of hippos and nocturnal wildlife.

Day 3: Murchison Falls Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari

Rise early for an unforgettable game drive across the northern savannah plains.

Search for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, hartebeests, Uganda kobs, oribis and numerous bird species that thrive within this diverse ecosystem. Morning light offers excellent wildlife photography opportunities as animals are most active.

After lunch, embark on one of Uganda's most famous wildlife experiences — the Nile Boat Safari.

Cruise upstream toward the base of Murchison Falls while observing enormous hippo pods, giant Nile crocodiles, elephants drinking at the shoreline, and an abundance of water birds. Bird enthusiasts may also spot African Fish Eagles, Goliath Herons, Kingfishers and perhaps even the elusive Shoebill Stork.

Day 4: Scenic Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Today journey through Uganda's picturesque countryside towards Kibale Forest National Park, often referred to as the "Primate Capital of the World."

Travel through tea plantations, rolling hills, crater lakes, and fertile farmlands while learning about local cultures and daily life.

Arrive at your rainforest lodge in the afternoon where the sounds of birds and primates create a magical atmosphere.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary

Today delivers one of Uganda's most exciting wildlife encounters.

Following a briefing from Uganda Wildlife Authority guides, enter Kibale Forest in search of habituated chimpanzee communities.

Listen for their vocalizations echoing through the forest canopy before observing them feeding, grooming, playing, and communicating in their natural habitat. Along the way, you may encounter black-and-white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, L'Hoest's monkeys, and numerous forest birds.

In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community conservation success story renowned for exceptional birdlife and biodiversity.
