Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe & Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Your Uganda safari adventure begins upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by your professional Invictus Safaris guide.

Travel southwest through Uganda's beautiful countryside, passing rolling hills, tea plantations, local markets, and traditional villages. The journey itself offers a fascinating introduction to Uganda's landscapes, culture, and warm hospitality.

Arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening and settle into your lodge surrounded by one of Africa's oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Adventure

Today is the highlight of your Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari.

Following an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers before entering the forest.

Accompanied by experienced trackers, venture deep into the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek can take anywhere from one to several hours depending on the gorillas' location, but every step reveals the beauty of Bwindi's unique ecosystem.
