Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

• After pickup from Kampala early morning, you travel northwest toward Murchison Falls National Park.
• En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for about an hour to track and observe rhinos on foot in a protected reserve, a unique experience since rhinos are rare in Uganda.
• Continue to Masindi town for lunch.
• Proceed to Murchison Falls NP, where you check into your lodge.
• Evening at leisure with dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Nile Boat Cruise at Murchison Falls

• Early breakfast followed by a morning game drive across the park’s savannah plains.
• Spot common wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks, kob antelope, and if lucky, predators like lions, leopards, and hyenas.
• Return to the lodge for lunch.
• Starting mid-afternoon (around 2 pm), embark on a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile upstream to the base of Murchison Falls.
• View abundant hippos, crocodiles, elephants feeding on riverbanks, and diverse birdlife including fish eagles and cormorants.
• Optional (for physically fit guests): hike to the top of the falls (about 45 minutes), where you can experience spectacular views and the powerful water crash.
• Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

• After breakfast, depart from Murchison Falls to Queen Elizabeth NP.
• Travel through scenic landscapes, possibly spotting wildlife or stopping for lunch en route.
• Check into your lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
• Depending on arrival time, enjoy a brief evening game drive.
• Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 4: Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth NP

• Early morning game drive exploring the park’s diverse wildlife including elephants, buffalo herds, lions, leopards, hippos, and various antelopes.
• Return to the lodge for lunch.
• Afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that links Lake George to Lake Edward.
• The cruise offers spectacular wildlife viewing including large pods of hippos, Nile crocodiles, numerous water birds, and frequent sightings of elephants and buffalo along the banks.
• Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive in Ishasha Sector and Leisure

• Early morning game drive to the Ishasha sector famed for its rare tree-climbing lions.
• Explore the beautiful savannah landscape watching buffaloes, elephants, and other wildlife.
• Return to the lodge for lunch.
• Afternoon at leisure — enjoy lodge amenities or optional activities such as community visits or guided nature walks.
• Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Final Morning Game Drive and Transfer back to Kampala

• Early morning game drive giving a last chance to see wildlife as they are most active at dawn.
• Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out.
• Transfer back to Kampala, concluding the safari experience.
